Smoosh

Aurora likes to stand at the sliding glass door when her brothers are outside.  She really likes to smooooosh her face up against the glass!

The Gate

The "gate" is what keeps Aurora from "playing" LEGOs with Josef and Sam.  She really wants to get into the boys room, and whenever the gate is left open, that is where Aurora is found!  I can't believe my baby is big enough to pull herself up at the gate.  I think she is growing up faster than the boys did, or maybe it is that I don't want it to happen, so it seems like it is happening WAY TOO FAST!
Aurora not only can pull herself up, she knows how to open the gate...if only she could press that blue button!  How does she already know how to do it?????

Swinging for the First Time

Aurora got to swing for the first time this evening!  She loved it, she rarely laughs that hard!  She has the cutest little giggle!

Josef

This morning Sam and Josef were playing, I went in to check on them and Josef said, "I am the Dad, Sam is the baby, and the mom is at the Temple.."  I am just grateful he didn't say "the mom is at stores!"

Aurora's First Fries

We went to Habit Burger for dinner, Aurora got to sit in a high chair, and eat some fries.  I think she liked it!

Josef

Josef is passing through a tough phase right now.  He gets pretty angry, and calls me some naughty names.  When he is alone, well with Aurora and me - really without his brothers, he is so fun.  I love spending Thursday mornings with him.  We went to Paradise Bakery yesterday and shared quiche & fruit.  Josef has a funny sense of humor, and I love just chatting with him.  I need to enjoy this time now, because in September he will start preschool, I guess that will be my special time with Aurora!  I really feel like my children are growing up way too fast!

Way Too Fast

Yesterday, when she was suppose to be asleep...

This morning, when she was suppose to be asleep...

We were busy last night, and didn't drop her mattress, I am afraid if we don't drop it today she will be over the rail tomorrow!
Aurora is growing up WAY TOO FAST!

The Park

The Voordeckers are staying with us for a couple of days.  The weather has been cold, so after dinner we walked to the park to get some energy out...the wind was really cold!  Aurora looked pretty cozy in her little bear suit! I just love those cheeks!

Girls

Annalise broke her arm over the weekend, so she spent the day with us.  Aurora loves Annalise, she followed her into the kitchen, and was trying to climb up the stool to her.

 What cute little girls!

Ute or Cougar

Ken dressed Aurora in her BYU shirt this morning.  I tried to get a picture of her, but it took forever to get a good one.  I posted one of Aurora crying on Facebook, and Ken quickly deleted it (he was not happy), Wilson and I thought it was pretty funny.
This was one of two pictures I took of Aurora in her Ute shirt, I think she is much happier in red, ultimately it will be her choice, but for now Ken and I get to do our best to influence her:)

Temple Square

We went to Temple Square and City Creek today.  We had a picnic lunch, walked around, and enjoyed the warm sun & beautiful flowers!  The boys wanted their pictures taken...over and over...they are pretty cute faces!
Temple Square was full of people, of course General Conference is this weekend.  I can't believe how many people said, "you have your hands full!", and it wasn't because the boys were being crazy....they were actually really well behaved.  I agree, I do have my hands full, but honestly there isn't anything I would rather have my hands full of right now than these four children!  Ken and I have been so blessed:)

Park City

In front of the Kimball Arts Center, there was this cool piano, Wilson played one of his favorite little pieces!

The Kimball Arts Center has a display of LEGO statues.  The boys thought they were pretty cool, and they were.  I think spending so much time at LEGOLAND caused my expectations to be a little too high, the statues were great, but no comparison to what it is at LEGOLAND!
Gary brought us some bread, so we could go and feed the ducks.  I think this is the first time my boys have "fed the ducks"!
